How Does it Work?

CREA Housing employs licensed real estate agents that will list your home in the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for a flat fee. As a result, instead of paying the full 6% to sell your home, you only pay up to 3% which is the cooperating broker's half of the commission. On the other hand, if you sell the house on your own without the help of MLS, you pay 0% and save thousands of dollars. See example below:
